What time is check-in/check out?
Check In: 4 pm
Check Out: 10 am
Check in is very easy. You will receive the address and door code via text/email prior to your arrival. All you need to do is arrive to the property that you rented at check-in time and and make yourselves at home!
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation made 30 days prior to check in will receive full refund. Cancellation made 14 days before check will receive 50% refund
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or eviction due to rule violations.
What basic supplies do you provide for our stay?
Our goal is to provide you with enough basic items to get you started for your stay. We provide:
- Travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bars of hand soap
- 1 roll of toilet paper
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 laundry detergent pod
- Kitchen trash bags
- Dish detergent
What does fully stocked kitchen mean?
All basic kitchen items are included plus:
- Keurig duo coffee maker
- Griddle
- Blender
- Air fryer
- Dinnerware/drinkware
- Utensils/flatware
- Baking pans/sheets
- Pots & pans
We do not provide grocery items and seasonings. Please bring your own seasonings, groceries, and coffee
Do you provide baby items?
Yes we do!
We have a pack n play (please bring your own fitted sheet) and a high chair.
We also have baby gates installed at every set of stairs at every property
Are pets allowed?
While we do love our furry friends, our properties have a strict no pet policy.
Do you decorate for Christmas?
Yes! Our rentals will be decorated from the week following Thanksgiving until mid January
How is the drive up to the cabin?
All roads leading up to the cabin are county or city maintained roads. We do recommend four wheel drive from November to April when snow or ice are predicted.
