We’re a small, locally-owned retreat created by people who love the mountains as much as you do. Mountain Mint Cabins is more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to recharge. We believe in slow mornings, fresh air, and leaving space to breathe. Come see what makes our little corner of the world so special.
Occupancy Limits
Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. Exceeding occupancy limit is a violation of local regulations and rental policy.
Cleaning & Maintenance
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation.
Please treat the property respectfully and leave it in reasonable condition.
Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
Unreported damages may result in fees/charges
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation made 30 days prior to check in will receive full refund.
- Cancellation made 14 days before check will receive 50% refund
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or eviction due to rule violations.
Liability & Insurance
- The guests assume all risk of injury or loss on the property
- We are not responsible for accidents, loss, or damage to personal property
- It is recommended that guests carry travel insurance.
Property Access & Security
- The property may be monitored with exterior cameras for security purposes only

Right To Enter
We reserve the right to enter the property for emergency maintenance or inspection with reasonable notice, or immediately in the event of an emergency.
Legal & Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled through binding arbitration in Sevier County Tennessee.
